Will I have to pay additional fees on deliveries to the United Kingdom?
Yes, you may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders to the United Kingdom. Your delivery agent will contact you to inform you of this. You can find out more information here. Please note you may also be contacted by your delivery agent after you have received the package. Alpha-U Golf is not liable for additional fees on orders.

Please note: Our Christmas returns policy is from November 21st – January 15th and returns must be made within this time period.

All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund or exchange, shipping costs are non-refundable
Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. We provide you with a return address on our delivery label where you can send the returns and once inspected we will issue the refund or send you a new order. - Once you have packed up your item for return or exchange, please email us at returns@alphaugolf.com to let us know what you are returning.
- All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, we ask you to cover the shipping back to us and we’ll take care of the rest. Items purchased more than 30 days ago unfortunately cannot be returned.
- Ensure to obtain a receipt when posting your package and keep this safe until your return has been processed.
