Yes, you may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders to the United Kingdom. Your delivery agent will contact you to inform you of this. You can find out more information here. Please note you may also be contacted by your delivery agent after you have received the package. Alpha-U Golf is not liable for additional fees on orders.

Please note: Our Christmas returns policy is from November 21st – January 15th and returns must be made within this time period.

All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund or exchange, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and packaging as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return. Once return is agreed via email, please post to return address below and once inspected we will issue the refund or send you a new order. For reference, our returns address is below:

- All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, we ask you to cover the shipping back to us and we’ll take care of the rest. Items purchased more than 30 days ago unfortunately cannot be returned.

If you are experiencing an issue with your Alpha-U product. Please follow the steps below to return your defective item under our 12-month warranty:

Once we review your email, you will receive a confirmation and approval for the return.
